Digital products (e.g., PDF scores, rehearsal videos) are delivered via email download link within 12 hours of purchase. Most orders are fulfilled faster, but delivery depends on UK office hours due to the manual process of applying a digital watermark.

2. Licence and Usage Restrictions
All digital products are licensed for use by the purchasing institution only.
- You may print or share copies internally, up to the number licensed.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless:

- The file is corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided.
